Is that what mom's do?

Yesterday, I had to take a quick trip to the store to pick up the items for making the freezer jam. While there, I let the boys each pick out a pool noodle and we got some bubble wands. Carter was beyond excited about this. He talked about it the whole way home. As we were pulling in, Carter said "Thanks mom for buying me all of these things. Is that what mom's do?" I made sure I explained that only cool mom's do stuff like this and that I am the coolest. Just kidding. I told him not to expect stuff like this every time we go to the store.
