How To Get What You Want...Or Not

Carter and I were having a conversation this afternoon about which park he wanted to go to.  I didn't really want to go to the one he had in mind, so he started crying (he is VERY tired today, just like his mama).  I told him that crying will not get him what he wants in life.  He said "Then what will?"
