Thoughts

My baby is sick...double ear infection.  We heard her "I'm hurt but nobody knows what's wrong" cry yesterday for the first time.  It was sad and cute at the same time.  

Kindergarten registration is this week and I'm going through lot's of emotions with it.  Can it be possible that my firstborn is ready for Kindergarten?  I guess we shall see.  

I really enjoy teaching Carter how to read.  He gains great satisfaction from it and I like that he likes learning.  It's a win/win situation.

I love how my husband is so sensitive with our little miss.  Translation: he will go to her at every beckon call.  You should have seen yesterday when she was sick.  It just melts my heart.  Girls just bring out a different side in men.  

My exercise routine went pretty good last week.  Being sore means something, right?  I didn't get off to a good start today...sick baby.

I'm in a "I don't know what to fix for dinner" kind of funk.  Can you tell?

I really want to own a house.  All in due time I guess.

I planted some herbs in some pots and can't wait to see how they produce.  Not having a backyard kind of puts a damper on my garden plans.

I love reading this book.  Slowly but surely things are coming together.

I finished this book in a couple of days.  I love everything about it.
