Almost two weeks ago I started potty training Blake. He isn't quite 2 1/2 yet, but I decided I had better start because I don't want to pay for two different sizes of diapers again! The first three days I wanted to give up, but the 4th day was a success. It's like everything clicked. That's about how it was with Carter too. He is a full time underwear wearing going in the potty boy. I'm so relieved and glad it's over. I think I gave myself plenty of time before the baby is born (1 month) for him to get it down. I haven't changed a single diaper in almost 2 weeks! That hasn't happened in over 4 years! Woo hoo!

ok, so what's your secret? i have been potty training max for a year and a half and he still won't poop on the toilet. i clean it out of his underwear everyday and i am losing my mind. he won't ever tell me he has to go to the bathroom, if i don't remember to take him he'll go on floor, his pants wherever. i have read every book and tried every tactic and i'm afraid i'm going to have to homeschool him...
Way to go Blake...and Mom!! Such a great feeling. Enjoy these last few weeks of no diapers! So sorry you're not feeling so good. However, I do have to disagree with you...the few pics I saw of you look great! Yes you are pregnant, but you just have a cute little pregnant tummy! You still look great everywhere else!
Awesome! Brady is right there with him! Go boys!!!!
Wow, congrats. It's a big thing to be diaper free (even for just a short while).
Yeah I don't think I am going to have the same success with Gavin. He can't even walk yet, potty training isn't on my list of things, plus he's only 18 months. Great for you though!!
That's great to have a few weeks diaper free!! I'm impressed with how many newborn diapers you have stocked up on....you are so on top of things!
