Friday morning we woke the boys up at 7:00 and headed to the Timpanogas Caves. I'm not a big hiker, but this is something Cody wanted to do before we leave Utah and it was the perfect morning to do it. It's 1.5 miles up to the caves...it's all up hill too. We borrowed a baby backpack and took turns carrying Blake up the mountain. Whoever wasn't carrying Blake was carrying/walking with Carter. He walked about 3/4 of the way and then got too tired....I don't blame him. After the 45 minute cave tour we walked back down....Cody carried both of the boys at least halfway. I was already sore and could barely walk myself. The caves were really cool. I do not recommend taking an active child under 2 1/2 years in. You can't touch ANYTHING because you will "kill the rocks" as our ranger would tell us. Blake had a hard time and I was the one holding him, so I had a hard time too. Overall it was great...everyone was extremely tired by the time we got back home around noon.

Classic Blake face.
