Our 4th of July

Here is how our 4th of July went down.

Wake up and go to the biggest parade in the state of New Mexico. (only 4 miles from our house and it really wasn't that big for the state's biggest parade.)

Blake did some serious watermelon eating. He was drenched in watermelon juice by the end of the barbeque, so he spent the remainder of his time running around in his diaper. He loved every minute.

Carter ran around shooting people with squirt guns. I think he is about to get shot right here.

Went home and recovered from the heat. We all took naps. Carter lounged on his couch afterwards eating an apple.

Carter played in his tent naked with Blake.

Blake laughed hysterically.

Blake and I watched Cody and Carter set off fireworks in the back of our apartment building hoping they wouldn't blow anything up they shouldn't.

Blake got scared of the fireworks.

We went home and went to sleep.
