Cody had Friday off.
I made Rice Krispie treats. I melted organic peanut butter (from Costco...it's smooth and creamy) and Chocolate and drizzled it over the top of them. I usually always do this the two times a year I make Rice Krispie treats. You won't regret it.
I bought the best Teriyaki Meatballs from Costco this weekend. I contemplated buying them because it was $13.99 for a two pack, but I did it anyway and my whole family is glad I did. I put one pack in the freezer and made the other yesterday. They are fully cooked, so all you have to do it heat them. I got a recipe off of the makers website...aidells.com and made the stir-fry. I added pineapple. One of the bags of meatballs will last two meals. So, that's $3.50 a meal. Our whole meal probably cost $5. Can't beat that. Seriously, if you can find these anywhere, they are worth every bite. The company was doing a demo on Saturday, so I got to taste all of their products. The meatballs were my absolute favorite. They are made from chicken, so they are better for you than beef.
While at Costco (this whole post is practically about Costco) I also picked me up some raspberries. They are ginormous...the picture doesn't even do them justice.
Lastly, here is a video of why I can't take both of my kids swimming without Cody. Blake is a maniac.
