Salad

So the salad was really good. I bought one of those rotissere chickens from Costco and used half of it. Half of one of those will serve 4 salads. That chicken is the best! As far as the dressing goes, I thought it needed less cider vinegar and Cody thought it needed more. If anyone makes it, please let me know what you think about it and what/if you changed the dressing at all.
